As an Advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty and Founding Partner at InvestCARICOM, I specialize in luxury properties, new developments, and Citizenship by Investment (CBI) opportunities throughout the Caribbean. My clients gain access to exclusive listings, off-market deals, and a trusted network of professionals across the region.

Since 2011, I’ve built a proven track record in real estate — starting with the development, ownership, and management of residential and multi-family properties in Canada. Through strategic acquisitions and development, I’ve consistently delivered above-market returns, achieving 30%+ IRR. My background spans multiple industries, including real estate, automotive, manufacturing, and technology, giving me a unique perspective on investment strategy.

In 2021, I relocated from Canada to the Eastern Caribbean to expand my real estate portfolio and work directly in the markets I serve. Today, I live in Antigua & Barbuda and conduct business throughout the region, actively working on projects, developments, and CBI-approved property investments.
